Bhutan Airlines, through its Thailand General Sales Agent OMG Experience, has released a preferential group return fare on the Bangkok–Paro route, starting from THB 29,500 per person for parties of 10 passengers and above. The rate is designed for incentive travel, cultural tours, school groups and temple delegations travelling together from Bangkok to Bhutan.

What the offer covers

The fare is an all-inclusive return price per person, quoted from THB 29,500 with taxes and surcharges included at the time of publishing. It applies to groups of ten or more travelling on the same itinerary. Standard baggage and cabin service apply, and the final amount is confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. Full conditions are on our offers page.

Flight schedule

Bhutan Airlines operates daily between Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Paro International Airport (PBH) on the Airbus A320. Some routings operate via Kolkata (CCU).

  • Outbound — B3 701: departs Bangkok 06:30, arrives Paro 09:55 (approximately 4h 30m, some services via Kolkata).
  • Return — B3 700: departs Paro 10:35, arrives Bangkok 16:05 (approximately 4h 30m, via Kolkata).

Timings are the current published schedule and can change seasonally; your group's confirmed itinerary is issued at the time of ticketing.

Baggage allowance

The standard allowance on the route is 25 kg checked plus 7 kg carry-on in Economy, and 30 kg checked plus 7 kg carry-on in Business. Groups carrying instruments, ritual items or sports equipment should tell us in advance so we can advise on excess and handling.

The Sustainable Development Fee

Bhutan levies a Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) on most international visitors, payable in addition to the airfare. The SDF is a tourism levy set by the Bhutanese government, not an airline charge, so it is quoted separately from the group fare. Our team will confirm the current per-night SDF for your travel dates as part of your quote. For planning a first trip, see our Paro destination guide.

How to book a group

Group space is held on request rather than sold instantly online. Send us your passenger numbers and preferred dates and OMG Experience will confirm availability, the final fare and a written quote. All fares are quoted in Thai baht, return, per person, inclusive of taxes and surcharges at the time of publishing, and start from the figure shown. Fares, seats and availability are confirmed in writing by OMG Experience, the appointed General Sales Agent (GSA) for Bhutan Airlines in Thailand, before ticketing. No online payment is taken before you receive and approve the final quote.
