Bhutan Airlines operates seasonal services Bangkok (BKK) to Gaya International (GAY) in about 3 hours 30 minutes, with one-way fares from THB 8,482 and returns from THB 20,115 including taxes. The airport is roughly 12 km from the Mahabodhi Temple in Bodh Gaya — a 20–30 minute drive by taxi or pre-arranged transfer. Checked baggage is 25 kg in Economy and 30 kg in Business, plus 7 kg cabin — confirmed at booking. Group fares are available for 10 passengers and above.

Visa and entry. Most visitors need an Indian visa before travel. Travellers from many countries, including Thailand, can apply for an e-Tourist Visa online — allow several working days for processing. The OMG Experience Team can point you to the official government portal when you book.

Money and language. The Indian Rupee (INR) is the local currency. ATMs are available in Bodh Gaya town; carry cash for temple donations and smaller vendors. Hindi and English are widely spoken; many languages are heard at the monasteries and pilgrimage sites.
